Injective has filed a transfer agent registration application with the U.S. SEC.

PANews July 16, Injective said on X that it has submitted a registration application for a transfer agent to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), aiming to build a regulated path for issuing tokenized securities on-chain. As the custodian of ownership records in the securities market, the transfer agent performs core functions such as verifying shareholder identity, voting rights, and handling transfers of securities. By moving this functionality on-chain, the project aims to improve settlement speed for tokenized securities, increase record transparency, and enable compliant workflows through decentralized infrastructure.
