Honestly, last week I saw for the third time in the group a fight over privacy coins and mixers—both sides have their points. One side thinks privacy is a must-have; having your life “naked” on-chain is too scary. The other side says the compliance red line is fatal to cross—never touch mixers. As an ordinary user, I feel awkward: if I don’t do privacy, it feels like my wallet is made of transparent glass; if I do touch mixers, I’m afraid that one day I’ll be flagged as “high risk.”

In fact, I think most people’s expectations for privacy are simply: “Don’t let the neighbors see what I buy.” But the reality is that even on-chain interaction records look like a publicly available diary. If you want to do privacy chains or DIDs, and just switch to a different address, that already feels like the limit for me. Anyway, I’m not going to touch any mixer protocol—consider it tuition. I’ll start with that and keep tracking for now.
