To be honest, lately what’s going on with chain games is giving me a bit of a scalp-tingling feeling. Inflation, studios, crypto prices spiraling—basically, everyone is pouring water together into a shrinking little pool. Whoever runs slower is the one standing there getting beaten. I don’t really mess with it much, but every time I see a crash like this, I always take a quick look at the “previously authorized” contracts in my wallet.

Undoing unlimited-amount approvals is really as important as locking the door before bed. You might not think about it for a month or two, but as soon as you forget once, one night your wallet can be emptied in an instant. I have a habit: every week I spend five minutes revoking permissions for those protocols I no longer use, old small projects, and even contracts that were only ever “tested.” It looks like a hassle on the surface, but it’s actually pretty calming—shutting down an unnecessary permission door is like finishing that final corpse pose in yoga; your whole body just relaxes.

Anyway, lock the door when you sleep, and revoke approvals on your contracts. Take it slow.
