A CEO changed his pfp to a comic-book image someone else posted. A memecoin already existed using that image, because apparently everything on the internet has a coin now.
He never mentioned it, linked it or told anyone to buy.
Do we really expect people to tiptoe around every image they post and search the chain first to make sure nobody has tokenized it?
We can’t preach permissionless markets and unlimited upside, then demand someone to blame when the same freedom cuts the other way.
