We all think our own shit deserves more attention. That’s human. And yes, good builders get overlooked.
But effort isn’t product-market fit. Support from @base can amplify what’s working, but it can’t be the reason it works.
Ask for support. Push for better discovery. Just don’t confuse being overlooked with being owed.
Base should build the rails, improve discovery and give every builder a real shot. It can’t win for you.
If not getting enough support is enough to make you leave, you’ve put too much of your mission in someone else’s hands.
This was always going to be hard.
Keep building until

Come on. We all ape into dumb shit. I do it too. No judgment. Losing money fucking sucks.
But let’s step back and say what actually happened.
A CEO changed his pfp to a comic-book image someone else posted. A memecoin already existed using that image, because apparently everything on the internet has a coin now.
He never mentioned it, linked it or told anyone to buy.
Do we really expect people to tiptoe around every image they post and search the chain first to make sure nobody has tokenized it?
We can’t preach permissionless markets and unlimited upside, then demand someone to blame when the

if all you see on base is doom and gloom, you’re following the wrong circle.
i see builders still in the trenches. cooking, iterating, shipping and doing the fucking work to push @base forward.
the future looks entirely different depending on who you’re watching.

One thing we need to get better at as a community is questioning the people shaping the narrative instead of just parroting whatever gets the most engagement.
Negative takes spread faster because doom is easier to sell than context. One influencer says something confidently, everyone repeats it, and suddenly one person’s opinion gets treated like fact even when there is very little substance behind it.
Criticism is healthy. Blindly amplifying every FUD take because it sounds convincing is not.
