Honestly, I’ve been watching this hype around re-staking for a while. Every time I see the slogan “earnings stacked,” my first thought is, “what about the risks?” There’s nothing wrong 🐶 with the concept of sharing security itself. In theory, you could use the security of one chain to vouch for a bunch of protocols, but once you stack the layers over and over, it becomes hard to explain whether each layer is actually trustworthy. I’m not sure if this counts as over-packaging—anyway, I got tempted and tested a small position myself, while keeping an eye on finality and confirmation counts.
