Is BETTER Vault safe?

BETTER Vault’s core design follows a “verify first, trade later” approach.

That means the funds in the pool do not participate in trading in real time; instead, each profit report must be strictly cross-validated against the actual settlement data and on-chain token balances. Only when all data is consistent and complete will the NAV (net asset value) update, and the funds will be unlocked for execution.

If any data is missing or abnormal, the system will immediately enter a fail-closed state, prioritizing the safety of LP principal.

In addition, BETTER’s settlement layer is deployed on top of Safe multi-signature contracts. Even if an operator key is separately compromised, an attacker cannot transfer the pool funds alone, specify a payee, or tamper with users’ deposit records; all critical operations require joint confirmation by multiple parties.

For investors and institutions that value principal safety, BETTER offers a relatively more reliable option.
