PANews July 18, according to Cointelegraph, Galaxy Digital has signed a 15-year naming rights agreement with Texas Tech University. Starting with the 2026 season, the university’s football stadium will be renamed Galaxy Stadium. The stadium will be unveiled under the new name on September 5, when Texas Tech University will face Abilene Christian University to kick off the new season. The partnership also makes Galaxy the official data center and digital asset partner for Texas Tech University’s athletics department. The two sides plan to collaborate on the use of student-athletes’ name, image, and likeness rights, AI projects, and talent development programs.
