PANews July 17, citing Cointelegraph: crypto payments company BitPay has obtained a license as a crypto-asset service provider under the MiCA framework issued by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, allowing it to operate in EU member states. BitPay said the license will enable it to expand its crypto and stablecoin payment services across Europe.
