Recently, memes have gotten lively again. In the group, a dozen or more new narratives can pop up in a single day—AI cats, dogs, frogs, flipping back and forth. I’m just someone who draws airdrop maps; I don’t have the ability to chase the latest hot spots. But when I see a lot of friends rush in and then forget to set a stop-loss—when on-chain data is already going off-track, yet they still stubbornly hold on, waiting for the narrative to make a comeback—I really have to say it: the recent “re-staking into staking into staking” doll-like play has been getting criticized pretty viciously. People keep talking about “shared security” and how it ends up turning into stacked buffs. I can’t make sense of it all either, but at least set a stop-loss level as a safety net—so in the end you don’t even lose what you paid in gas fees. Anyway, it’s exciting and lively, but with whatever small position I have, I still need to leave myself a way to stay alive.
