7.17 Thursday evening

On the daily chart, the Bollinger Bands have shifted from an upward-opening posture in the prior phase to moving flat and converging. The current price is already under pressure and has broken down repeatedly through the mid-band support; short-term “doudou” momentum has clearly faded. However, overall price action is still within the choppy, range-bound box. The moving average system has not formed a death-cross resonance, so the probability of a direct breakdown lower is relatively low. More likely, it rebounds after a pullback and then a confirmation repair.

**Suggested plan**
BTC: pull back around 62,300~62,600 to go long,
Target: look at 64,500; if it breaks through, then look around 65,000.
ETH: around 1,810~1,830 to go long,
Target: around 1,870~1,900.

**Note:** Keep the position light—test first. If there’s a late-night wick that sweeps bids/liquidity, then observe and don’t chase.

This pullback near 62,300 is indeed an entry opportunity, but using a smaller position for a trial order is safer to prevent losses caused by sharp wicks/spikes that sweep through.

The daily Bollinger Bands are leveling off and converging; in the short term it’s still a ranging/choppy pattern. The probability of a breakdown is low, but if the rebound can’t hold above 64,500, you should be careful about a second dip.

For the second scenario, taking long positions in the 1810–1830 range is fine, but ETH’s correlation is weaker than BTC; it’s more realistic to first target around 1870.

As long as the moving averages haven’t formed a dead cross and there’s no resonance, there’s still hope for the bulls. However, the risk of a spike in the evening isn’t small—adding a stop-loss and trading a range rebound is safer.

PreIPOs second round—OpenAI subscriptions? It doesn’t seem related to this market situation at all. Don’t get led astray—focus on the order book signals.
