1inch co-founder Anton Bukov has stopped participating in operations due to strategic differences, while still retaining 50% of the shares.

PANews July 16 news: 1inch co-founder Anton Bukov said on X that he stopped taking part in the company’s operations in late November 2025 due to differences in strategic direction and leadership. He will no longer be involved in any work related to product architecture or security, and will not supervise either. He said that he is still a co-founder and a 50% shareholder. Anton Bukov co-founded 1inch in May 2019 and previously was responsible for designing core architectures such as the 1inch Router, Fusion, and cross-chain Swap.
