ME AI message, according to Dynce/Beating monitoring, Fireworks has completed a $1.505 billion Series D round, valuing the company at $17.5 billion. Atreides Management, Index Ventures, and TCV led the round, with institutions including NVIDIA participating. Fireworks provides model training and inference platforms for enterprises, helping customers customize and deploy open models. Less than 9 months ago, its valuation was still $4 billion. Fireworks says its annualized revenue run rate has already exceeded $1 billion—about 5 times that of a year earlier. This figure projects a one-year scale based on the current revenue pace. The platform processes more than 40 trillion tokens every day, with over 95% coming from models customized to customers’ data and specific tasks. The new funding will be used to expand the engineering team and global compute capacity. Fireworks is betting that enterprises will adopt more customized open models, reducing reliance on expensive general-purpose models. (Source: BlockBeats)
