ME News: On July 16 (UTC+8), Anton Bukov, co-founder of the decentralized exchange aggregation protocol 1inch, announced his departure. Bukov was responsible for designing core architectures including the 1inch Router, Fusion, and cross-chain swaps. At the end of November 2025, Bukov stopped participating in company operations due to disagreements over strategic direction and the leadership team, but he still retains his co-founder title and 50% ownership. He announced the launch of a new project, Second Tier (tier.xyz), which aims to build secure, efficient blockchain infrastructure and shorten the distance between users’ “Economic Intent” and their “Execution.” (Source: Foresight News)
