ME News message: On April 26 (UTC+8), two South Korean men in their 30s—both active-duty army special operations command non-commissioned officers—were sentenced by the Changwon District Court to 2 years’ imprisonment each for illegally operating an unreported virtual-asset exchange during their service and for assisting with money laundering in drug trafficking. Each was also fined 54.69 million won.
