$ETH just gave traders a wild ride today 👀**

Ethereum spiked hard to $1,947.77 earlier, then couldn't hold the momentum. Since that high, price has been grinding lower in waves — a solid pullback, a bounce, another drop. Classic tug of war between buyers and sellers.

Right now ETH is sitting at $1,876.03, down about 1.85% on the day. The 24h range has been wide too — high of $1,936.29, low of $1,866.00 — so volatility is clearly back in the game.

Volume's been strong as well, with 2.61M ETH traded and turnover crossing $4.9B in the last 24 hours. That kind of activity usually means bigger players are active, not just retail noise.

What stands out most is that sharp drop after the local top around 1,905 — a fast red candle that broke through support and dragged price down toward the 1,880 zone, where it's now trying to stabilize.

Feels like the market's testing patience here. Will ETH hold this zone and build a base, or is there another leg down coming? Either way, it's a day worth watching closely.
