Renowned writer Shui Mu Ding reveals that she has been diagnosed with lung cancer and brain cancer

Whenever I see one of Shui Mu Ding’s articles, I always stop and read for a while.
I’ve always had a good impression of her, so seeing this news really shocked me.
I went to her official account to look around—her diet is very mainstream, quite “healthy”:
1. Don’t eat raw or cold foods; you have to eat hot, warm food;
2. Eat a large amount of vegetables;
3. Low-fat, little oil and little salt;
4. Don’t eat sweets; eat coarse grains like sweet potatoes, corn, quinoa, and oats;
5. Put emphasis on protein, with red meat ranked last;
6. In the shop window, the only two foods are oat flakes and whole-grain meal-replacement;
7. Be optimistic and clear-headed, stick to walking and exercise, and oppose staying up late.
