ME News, July 16 (UTC+8): DTCC completed the end-to-end processing of real-world trades involving tokenized stocks, ETFs, and US Treasuries. This is its largest production-grade tokenization initiative to date. The pilot shows that tokenized securities can support collateral, repo transactions, and stock trading, while preserving legal ownership consistent with traditional assets. DTCC plans to launch its tokenized services in October, as Wall Street firms explore blockchain-based market infrastructure. (Source: ODAILY)
