To be honest, the longer you stay in this business, the more you feel that the relationship between me and my students and clients isn’t simply a basic cooperative one. It’s more like traveling companions who go along together all the way—whether you can go far depends first and foremost on whether you can trust each other.

While others are relaxing on their days off, we have to keep watch over the charts for changes. When it’s holiday time, if you need to stay up all night to monitor the market, then you still have to. Helping clients get out of a passive situation—I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve done that. Sometimes I’d just keep company until past midnight. But I’ve come to realize that getting out of a bind depends on skill. And if you really want to untangle the knots in your mind—that’s the real craft. A lot of people don’t feel bad because of floating losses alone; they feel bad because they got their own pace messed up first and panicked.

So what’s the difference between ordinary participants and mature players, exactly? It’s not just that they can read a few more signals, and it’s not whether they can draw a couple of lines. The difference is their sense of the market’s rhythm and their ability to control their emotions. Right now, whether your situation is smooth or not, don’t rush to draw conclusions about yourself. Leave room for more possibilities, and focus more on a reliable direction of thinking—maybe that’s one more chance to turn the situation around.

Old saying: talent is everywhere. But truly understanding you and helping you get out of the fog—there are actually very few of those. If you’re not willing to keep circling like this in place, then I’m willing to be the person who can match your pace, help you steady your mindset, and help you avoid detours. Between us, it’s not a one-time sale—it’s a long-term walk side by side, with both of us gaining something. That’s the final goal I want to achieve.
