In 2023, it was my first time using X. I thought that posting on there required using English, so on my first few posts I used awkward English—and no one looked. After that, I just stopped posting. I paused for a few years. Then in early 2026, many X friends said that having a blue check (blue V) was enough and the traffic would be enough, so you could start getting Lao Ma’s salary. I then got my blue V. At that time, I only had a few dozen followers. After 3 months, I reached over 1,000 followers with the blue V, but the traffic still wasn’t good, and my followers weren’t growing. I started to wonder if the followers weren’t enough to generate traffic. Later, I began proactively following others. Until now, I’m almost at 7,000 followers. My goal is by October at the latest: have at least 10k followers, and get the blue V to above 6,000. I’ll manage it properly—posting at least 5 times a day, and on weekends when I have time, posting 10 times or more. I’m still quietly working hard now! Keep it up 🤡🤡🤡
