ME AI news: SoftBank has reached an exclusive partnership with the US AI company Sierra, becoming Sierra’s exclusive partner in Japan. With Sierra’s intelligent customer service deployed for its online-only brand LINEMO, which has no physical stores, the customer inquiry resolution rate rose from 83% to 97%, and satisfaction increased from 74% to 93%.
