LTC short signal with 95% confidence, but RSI is still at 52—who’s fooling whom?

$LTC /USDT - SHORT

Trading plan:
Entry: 43.6 – 43.8
SL: 44.2
TP1: 43.3
TP2: 43.1
TP3: 42.7

Why focus on this structure?
- On the 4-hour timeframe, the short trend is confirmed; the daily is bearish, but the 15-minute RSI at 52.5 hasn’t reached oversold yet, meaning the sell-off hasn’t accelerated.
- The current entry is 43.7, with TP1=43.3, TP2=43.1, and SL=44.2—reward-to-risk is 2:1, but with 95% confidence, why not wait for RSI to break below 40 before chasing?
- Note: Around 43.8 there is 1-hour EMA resistance; if a rebound breaks above 44.3, the short structure fails.

Discussion:
Will this move hit TP2 first, or will it bait a move and pull back to 44.2 before killing it again?
