Strong Inner vs Weak Inner: a big comparison

It’s very simple—just look at the first reaction when something happens.
For example, if your boss criticizes you:
Strong: I’ll change.
Weak: I want to quit.
If someone doesn’t reply to your messages:
Strong: keep busy with your own things.
Weak: check your phone twenty times in ten minutes.
After a breakup:
Strong: go run, go to the gym, improve yourself.
Weak: go drink! eat and drink to your heart’s content.
When you see others making money and buying houses and cars:
Strong: go learn and keep refining yourself.
Weak: go nitpick, be jealous, and secretly hold a grudge.
If someone insults you:
Strong: smile it off and don’t care at all.
Weak: can’t sleep for three days.
Brother Mao finds out:
The truly formidable people
aren’t the ones whose lives go smoothly in every way compared with others.
Actually, it’s this:
Even if life gets chaotic,
their inner world won’t be chaotic.
Do you agree! What do you think is the biggest characteristic of people with strong inner strength?
