With the industry and global capital jointly pouring in, Aishi Technology completes RMB 2.98 billion Series C financing
ME AI News: Aishi Technology today announced that it has completed its overall Series C funding round, with total funding of RMB 2.98 billion. Of this, the Series C+ round was led by Alibaba, with participation from more than a dozen domestic and international institutions, including Lollapalooza Capital (Wang Huiwen’s family office), Ivy Capital, Huiyuan Capital, Zhongding Capital, South Korea’s Mirae Asset, the Lion X Fund under the OCBC ecosystem, BlueFocus, CloudAlpha, and iGlobe Partners. This round of funding will be mainly used for video generation foundation models, real-time world models, growth of globally oriented products, and deployment in industry scenarios.
AI video is becoming the second AI track to successfully run large-scale commercialization after AI Coding. If AI Coding is reshaping software production, then AI video is reshaping the production, distribution, and interaction of visual content. It not only brings an efficiency revolution to scenarios such as short dramas, animation, advertising, and brand content, but is also evolving from a content generation tool into the next-generation visual infrastructure that integrates real-time interaction, world models, and immersive experiences. In this round of industry transformation, Aishi Technology has already become one of the leading companies globally in the directions of AI video and real-time world models. Completing a Series C funding round of RMB 2.98 billion reflects how industry capital and globalized capital are accelerating their deployment around this judgment: AI video is becoming one of the most important commercialization entry points for generative AI; and companies that have global C-end product capabilities, model capabilities, exploration of real-time interaction, and deployment capabilities in industrialization will become the core players in the next generation of visual infrastructure.
As a leading pioneer in the world model space, Aishi’s PixVerse R1 launched earlier this year is the world’s first general real-time world model supporting 1080P resolution. Users can change video scenes in real time through natural-language instructions, enabling a shift in experience from “watching videos” to “interacting with videos.” Aishi Technology believes that the long-term direction of AI video is not just generating higher-quality video clips, but becoming a new kind of interactive interface between people and the digital world. With video generation foundation models and real-time world models as its foundation, Aishi Technology makes imagination go beyond the screen—turning it into a world that can be generated, edited, collaborated on, and interacted with.
Recently at the United Nations AI for Good Summit, Aishi Technology co-founder Xie Xuhuang shared Aishi’s cutting-edge practices in AI interactive entertainment and demonstrated PixVerse Game, the first real-time video game engine built using world model technology. The engine combines real-time video models, game-mechanics toolchains, and user-customized world concepts: players can interact with the game world in real time through natural language, and with every action, the visuals, sound effects, and narrative are regenerated—delivering a brand-new experience of “creating is playing.” Aishi’s exploration in the world model and AI interactive entertainment directions has received enthusiastic attention from UN institutions and creators worldwide.
As of now, PixVerse has 150 million+ global users. It has been selected among the top 25 consumer GenAI apps in a16z’s Top 50 GenAI, and ranks among the global leaders in the Artificial Analysis video generation model rankings. In addition to growth of its global C-end products, Aishi Technology is also accelerating the productization and deployment of its AI video capabilities in real industries. Aishi has already reached strategic cooperation with content and industry partners such as Mango Media, exploring AI video across areas including short dramas, animation, variety show visuals, promotional materials, interactive film and games, and multilingual dissemination. Meanwhile, it has also established cooperation with industry partners including Alibaba, the Giant Group, China Xuruyi, BlueFocus, and 37 Interactive Entertainment in areas such as full-stack AI capabilities, research on video large-model technology, and industry applications. Aishi Technology hopes that by combining model capabilities, product capabilities, and industry resources, AI video can further move from personal creative tools into broad, scalable production workflows.
Aishi Technology founder and CEO Wang Changhu said: “Over the past decade, short-form video has changed the way humans get information and express themselves. In the next decade, AI video will further change the way information is produced, distributed, and interacted with. What Aishi wants to do is not only to generate the next video, but to build a brand-new way to open the next visual world. We will continue to invest in foundation models, world models, and globally oriented products, so that more ordinary users, creators, and enterprise teams can turn imagination into a visual foundation world that is experienceable, buildable, and interactive.”
About Aishi Technology:
Aishi Technology was founded in 2023 and is committed to the R&D of “multimodal video large models” and “world models.” At the same time, based on its self-developed models, it provides diversified native AI video products. Its users are distributed across 177 countries and regions worldwide, and it has become a unicorn in the multimodal large model industry.
The company’s products include PixVerse for global users, Paiwo AI for the China market, and a series of models, products, and capabilities for team production, developer integration, and future interactions. In early 2026, Aishi launched PixVerse R1, the world’s first general real-time world model supporting 1080P, marking that audio-visual media has officially entered a new stage of “real-time interaction.” Aishi Technology’s self-developed PixVerse V6 model ranks second globally in both international authoritative Artificial Analysis image-to-video and text-to-video ranking lists, and its generation speed ranks first globally in the global video large model industry.
With video generation foundation models and real-time world models as its foundation, Aishi Technology turns human imagination into a visual world that can be generated, edited, collaborated on, and interacted with—building a better world-interaction innovation experience for everyone.
