7.14 Morning BTC/ Behavior Analysis

After the overnight market saw a deep sell-off, the chart continues to consolidate in a low-range, moving sideways. For the short-term rebound, there is a lack of rebound volume, and bullish follow-through is extremely weak.

The current slight recovery is only a technical bear-side correction; there is no incremental capital coming in to provide support. The weak afternoon (Asian session) pattern has already been set, and throughout the day the overall pace remains one of consolidation with an overall downward drift.

In terms of execution:
BTC: On rebounds in the 63,000–63,500 range, scale into shorting, with targets at 62,200–61,800.

Behavior: On rebounds in the 1,790–1,810 range, scale into shorting, with targets at 1,760–1,740.

The short squeeze is indeed weak—hang an order around 63,000 and try it; place your stop-loss above 64,000.

This volume makes people drowsy; there’s basically no movement in the Asian session. Wait for the European and US session.
