A newly created wallet, 0xf31d, has withdrawn 8,239 ETH from multiple exchanges within the past 12 hours, worth about $14.5 million; another whale address, 0x363A, cumulatively bought 11,843 ETH within the past 3 hours, worth about $20.8 million. Together, the two transactions have accumulated over 20k ETH, worth about $35.3 million.
