$PI In a market with a streak of consecutive multi-day dumps, spot trading is basically silent—once you play spot, you don’t hear a peep. If you’re trading perpetuals, be careful. The longs have been getting hit over and over again, and fortunately the number of liquidation events hasn’t been large—but they’ve already been stripped of another layer of skin. Next, watch out for a quick “rear-attack” that can smash the shorts. The shorts are getting less safe now, and it feels like they could get liquidated at any moment. I’ve already closed out with everything cleared and stopped taking profit, and I’ve used the profits from opening shorts over these past two days to buy spot. That should be enough to handle another 10% drop—more stable and safer.

Aren’t you afraid you’ll just punch straight through? 0.05, 0.03, 0.02—right now only 10% is circulating, yet there are still over 800 billion.
