🚨 Tech layoffs are projected to reach 312,000 in 2026, with 166,000 workers already impacted as of July 13.

Despite the rapid rise of AI, layoffs remain below the 430,000 recorded in 2023.
Cost cuts, restructuring, overhiring and wider economic uncertainty are also driving job losses.
