Gm all.

I came back yesterday from a 4-day kayaking & camping trap in Sweden.
No phone, no electricity; completely back to basics.
I can highly recommend everyone to go completely off-grid for a couple of days.
You don't realize the draining effect of being constantly on until you switch off for a couple of days.
It allows your mind to unwind and think things through, and realize we're not designed to be constantly on.
It's like doing an alcohol-detox when you are drinking too much: you don't have to do it for the rest of your life but it acts like a hard-reset so you learn how to moderate.
It's also nice to experience the old way of life: when there are no phones, you spend a lot of time talking with each other.
I was with my 2 brothers and we got to have some deep conversations that we had not found time for before, and we also laughed our balls off.
Quite shocking how much more engaged you get with each other and with whatever it is you're doing in only 4 days of going off-grid.
I'll definitely be turning my phone off going forward to try and moderate more. Anyway, back to work!
