$PI The Emperor is fantasizing about pi’s distributed computing again. The last hackathon, those 100 things for the ecosystem, just got left hanging. From 8 years ago until now, not a single so-called “new feature” has actually been implemented—none at all, none at all, none at all, none at all. They blow up distributed computing a few times, and then it all gets dropped again. And then there’ll be a fresh round of scamming. The project team has always been committed to building the ecosystem—until it makes my head explode laughing. Or maybe it’s more like: the project team is only ever committed to seriously screwing ecosystem builders, scamming them until they’re ruined and their families are left destitute.
