7.13 Monday 1️⃣ early morning

The counter-trend move looks lively, but it’s actually very weak. Just slightly touching the top position and it gets smashed down—showing that above there is heavy sell pressure all waiting to unload and get out of trapped positions. This kind of rebound is purely handing over your head to feed the trap; the so-called “whales” didn’t really intend to do the work.

On the four-hour level, the moving averages are pressed down tightly. All short-term MAs are spreading downward. The counter-trend has no convincing increase in volume at all—just mindless grinding on inertia. The external environment is also not supportive: bullish sentiment is being dragged across the ground. The visible room for further rebound has already been used up. Without big money stepping in to prop it up, wanting a V-shaped reversal? Not happening.

Suggestions:
Big brother: trap around 64,600-64,900
Target: trap around 62,900-63,300

Second brother: trap around 1,840-1,860
Target: trap around 1,770-1,790

Remember: chasing counter-trend rebounds against the trend is worse than eating the retracement with the trend. Early-morning market moves are volatile—keep position sizing light, set a proper stop loss, and don’t force a hold.

Did Gate expand again in Florida? Compliance is definitely solid, but market moves are market moves—don’t mix the two.

The analysis is spot on. The moving averages are indeed stacked in a bearish formation, leaving no room for any rebound. Making small, cautious entries in the early hours was the right move.

Is a dip near 64,600 okay—how much should the stop order be set to? This rebound is too weak this time; I feel the target level can still be reached.

Remember this saying: fighting the trend to catch a rebound won’t last long—it’s likely to “die fast.” If there hasn’t been a breakout in volume within four hours, a true V-shaped reversal is indeed difficult to pull off.
