After this round of sell-off has played out, the earlier hesitation points are now very clear.

When $ASTEROID kept trying to push up from above but couldn’t break through repeatedly, I felt something was already off. The real signal wasn’t a single big bearish candle, but the fact that each time ASTEROID rallied, it got pushed back—buy pressure couldn’t hold, and the shorts gradually took over the rhythm. Shorting around 0.0000674 was based on the release after this pressure.

Now the price has dropped to 0.0000508, and the short position is up +476.17%. The room for volatility opened up very directly. Many people only see the outcome after the drop, not the weakness and fatigue before the drop—this is why, in the same stretch of market, some people chase in panic, while others wait in advance.

If you have a position, remember to protect your profits. Splitting into 80/20 portions feels more comfortable—don’t let the floating gains you already have get eaten back when the price rebounds. If you haven’t boarded yet, don’t chase lower; wait for a more comfortable level. Opportunities won’t come just once.
