Mindwalk: Replaying encoded agent sessions on a codebase 3D map

ME AI update: ME AI message, Mindwalk is a visualization tool that replays the session logs of Claude Code and Codex on a 3D map of a code repository. It renders the repository as a night map: files that the agent searched, read, and edited will glow, while unvisited areas remain dark, allowing users to immediately see the range of understanding the agent has for the task. It can run with a single Go binary file; all session data is processed entirely locally and will not leave the machine. It supports two views: a tree map and a terrain map. File touch status is marked with four color labels: unvisited, viewed, read, and edited. The playback interface includes friction-signal panels such as an error rate and the amount of file modifications, as well as timeline markers such as context compression, sub-agent startup, and user interactions. It supports keyboard shortcuts to control playback speed and jump to edit points or error points. 🔗 Read the original: via AI HOT ·
