According to official data, over the seven days up to April 23, Circle issued approximately $5.1 billion USDC and redeemed approximately $5.8 billion USDC, resulting in a circulating supply decrease of about 700 million tokens. USDC’s total circulating supply is 78 billion tokens, with reserves of about $78.2 billion, including about $47.2 billion in overnight reverse treasury repo; about $19.4 billion in treasury bills with maturities of less than 3 months; about $11.0 billion in deposits from systemically important institutions; and about $0.6 billion in other bank deposits.
