ME News, July 12 (UTC+8): Security protocol Relay Protocol issued a warning that on the newly launched Robinhood Chain, a large number of scam tokens have already appeared. After investors buy them, their funds face the risk of being fully lost.

Relay Protocol confirmed that it has received multiple user reports, saying that after purchasing certain tokens, the tokens disappear from their wallets immediately, and they cannot be sold or transferred. These honeypot tokens are configured with restrictions through smart contract code, allowing buying but not selling, permanently locking investors’ funds. The surge in scam tokens coincides with Robinhood Chain’s recent rise in user activity and the explosive growth in token creation volume. (Source: Rhythm)
