The human body does not exist in isolation; it is long-term influenced by a person’s lifestyle, emotional state, and thinking patterns. Chaotic desires, excessive fantasies, negative emotions, and a lack of self-discipline will ultimately show up through diet, sleep schedules, and drive—resulting in a body that feels loose, bulky, and exhausted. And when a person starts reducing distractions, becoming focused, self-disciplined, and clear-minded, their lifestyle will change accordingly, and the body will gradually take on a tighter, more powerful state. What people call “cultivating the body” is, in essence, also cultivating one’s inner order. Physical changes are just the outcome; what truly changes is a person’s cognition, habits, and mental structure. No matter what kind of thoughts a person holds for a long time, they will eventually manifest through their behavior and body.
