#美伊战争阴云再起 Iranian parliamentary speaker: If the US abandons the deal, Iran will firmly resist
On the local time of the 10th, Iranian parliamentary speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said that regardless of when the United States abandons the agreement reached between the two sides, Iran has already made comprehensive defensive preparations and will firmly stand against it to safeguard the rights of the Iranian people.
Qalibaf made the remarks the same day when meeting with the Chairman of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly, Muzani. Qalibaf said that Iran has never sought war on its own, but the Iranian people will never bow to oppression. He said that before the recent conflict, the United States, Israel, and NATO had believed that they could force Iran to submit within a few days, but they soon realized they could not achieve that goal. The whole world has seen that, in their fight against Iran, they failed to achieve their own objectives.
Qalibaf also said that during negotiations, “I have clearly told the U.S. vice president that we have no trust in the United States.” Iran has never relaxed its preparations to defend the country.
He also said that ending the war is a shared priority for all countries, but everyone must understand that this conflict will never end with Iran’s submission.
On the local time of the 10th, Iranian Parliament Speaker Kalibaf said that no matter when the United States backs out of agreements reached between the two sides, Iran is already fully prepared for comprehensive defense, will resolutely confront it, and will safeguard the rights of the Iranian people.
Kalibaf made the above remarks that day when meeting with Muzani, Chairman of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly. Kalibaf said that Iran has never sought war on its own, but the Iranian people will never bow to oppression. Kalibaf also said that in negotiations, “I have made it clear to the US vice president that we have no trust in the United States at all.” Iran has never eased its preparations to defend the country.
He also said that ending the war is a common priority for countries around the world, but everyone must understand that this conflict will never end with Iran’s surrender.
