Aimpact message, April 25 (UTC+8): In an internal email to all employees, Huang Renxun revealed that OpenAI’s latest release, Codex (based on GPT-5.5), has officially been made available for use by all NVIDIA employees. Huang Renxun said that about 10,000 employees have already had early access to Codex and achieved notable results across multiple departments including engineering, product, and marketing; some employees say it has “completely changed the way they work.” The email states that Codex runs on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, combining AI infrastructure to enable a leap from “chatbot answers to questions” to “Agent autonomously completing work.” Huang Renxun emphasized that the Agent will become employees’ “teammate” and “productivity multiplier.” In addition, NVIDIA and OpenAI have set up Codex Lab and plan to roll out training courses in the coming weeks to accelerate employee application and adoption. Huang Renxun said: “Welcome to the AI era.” (Source: BlockBeats)
