ME News report, July 11 (UTC+8): The United States’ “21st Century ROAD to Housing Act” has officially taken effect, including provisions related to banning the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC). It was reported that Trump previously said he would not sign the housing bill unless Congress first passed the “SAVE AMERICA ACT,” which would require federal election vote submission to provide proof of citizenship. After the bill was submitted to the White House, Trump did not sign or veto it within 10 days; under the U.S. Constitution, the bill automatically became law. The bill had previously been passed by votes of 85:5 in the Senate and 358:32 in the House of Representatives. In addition to banning the Federal Reserve from issuing a CBDC, the bill also includes content related to housing policy. (Source: ODAILY)
