July 10 night BTC/ETH Meishen strategy
The trend is continuing. Although today is Friday, the rebound is still going on, and it hasn’t shown any sign of easing or accelerating breakdown yet. Setting up short trades on the left side is too easy to be “educated” by the market here—the bottom keeps moving up, and the highs keep being refreshed. So for those shorting on the left side, be cautious. For those already on the bandwagon, when riding the trend’s sedan, the most important thing is to make sure you don’t get thrown off the car halfway. Don’t worry about how far it can go; just pay closer attention to signals on the chart, or set your destination in advance—when you reach the destination, get off. Most on-the-spot decisions are wrong. If you can’t hold your position steadily, use a pullback stop-loss to isolate the psychological fluctuations.
BTC: The first interval of the three major resistance zones has already been taken down. Now it’s challenging the second interval. Watch whether the center line 64,800 can break through. After a breakout, look toward the upper rail 65,400 and the high of the third interval at 66,700. If you want to “add” a short honestly, only adding/ chasing by clicking into it is workable—buying on a pullback would disrupt the trend. If the trend is disrupted, then the logic for “buying the dip” doesn’t exist, so for shorts to continue, only acceleration is possible. For short trades, if you really want to try trial-and-error on the left side, use the upper rail of the range box as your stop-loss, and the stop-loss must be firm. Counter-trend shorts are easy to second-guess; one hesitation can lead to deep bag-holding. (See the chart for specifics)
ETH: The 1,755-1,790 high-density zone has already been taken down. Now it’s challenging the key resistance levels 1,800-1,825-1,855. If it breaks through, it can open up a broad space above. Currently, the “short army” is at the gates, so I don’t recommend heavy-position trial-and-error without signals on the left side. If you want to participate, try with a small position, and be firm with your stop-loss. If shorts need to add positions, watch whether the reclaiming/returning effect of the high-density zone 1,755-1,790 is confirmed again. If there’s a pullback to add, then use the lower rail 1,755 as defense. (See the chart for specifics) #美伊战争阴云再起
