ME News update, on April 25 (UTC+8), Judge Katherine Polk Failla is preparing for a possible retrial in the case of Tornado Cash co-founder, tentatively starting in New York on October 26. The retrial conditions depend on her ruling on Storm’s motion to dismiss the conspiracy charges related to unlicensed conducting money transfer business.
