Reasoning: After the prior rise formed a trend divergence, and later formed a reverse downtrend segment to confirm that the prior uptrend ended. However, during the growth of this decline, another same-direction divergence occurred. And it didn’t break out and leave the range. On the lower timeframe, a single bounce directly re-entered inside the original uptrend consolidation zone. At this moment, the primary thing to watch is whether the consolidation zone is extending or expanding. In the original Chan theory text, the consolidation expansion is explicitly stated to require a pullback of a complete lower-timeframe走势, and the pullback should not break into the previous central zone.
