ME News, April 25 (UTC+8), Judge Katherine Polk Failla is preparing for a potential retrial in the Tornado Cash co-founder case, tentatively scheduled to begin on October 26 in New York. The retrial conditions depend on her ruling on Storm's motion to dismiss the charge of conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business.
