ME News, July 10 (UTC+8), security firm Pangram collected over 1 million posts via a Chrome extension, and the analysis found that AI-generated content on social media is rampant. The overall AI detection rate is 13.8%, and 25.72% of long posts (over 250 words) are completely AI-generated. LinkedIn is the most severe, with over 40% of long posts flagged as completely AI-generated, accounting for 62% of all AI content. Nearly half of X/Twitter articles (23.9% fully AI + 22.9% hybrid) were AI-written. Reddit's overall AI rate is only 4.4%, but top posts have an AI rate of 11.6%.
