#PI In a coin where there are plenty of trapped diamond-hand retail investors and a project team holding massive amounts of tokens that can be cashed out at any time. The retail investors think that since the drop has been so large, it must surely surge—just keep adding to their positions, and when it rallies they can get out of the trap or even make a big profit. In the eyes of the market-maker teams that specialize in harvesting retail investors for money, this project’s layout is already a loss. The reasons are very obvious: first, there are too many trapped diamond-hand holders alongside too many zero-cost investors outside; second, the project team holds a huge amount of tokens that can be cashed out at any time—this means not only does the layout require massive capital, but they also can’t control the market. Let alone that any subsequent pump would require enormous funds, and at any time they could be harvested by large numbers of zero-cost retail investors and the zero-cost project team cashing out.
