ME AI News, according to the latest research from Yole Group, global semiconductor device industry revenue is expected to reach $1.6 trillion in 2026, and could approach $2 trillion as early as 2027. The institution believes that this growth is not a simple continuation of the traditional semiconductor cycle, but the result of profound changes in the industry value chain driven by AI infrastructure, high-bandwidth memory (HBM), advanced packaging, and data center investments. Data shows that the top five semiconductor companies contribute more than half of the total revenue of the top 80 companies.
