ME News, April 25 (UTC+8): Judge Katherine Polk Failla is preparing for a potential retrial in the case of Tornado Cash co-founders, tentatively scheduled to begin in New York on October 26. The retrial depends on her ruling on Storm’s motion to dismiss the charge of conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money-transmitting business.
