Secret Network announced the transition to the Arbitrum ecosystem: on September 1, 2026, the SCRT token will become an ERC-20 token on the Arbitrum network
Native SCRT and staked tokens will be migrated automatically, while sSCRT, SCRT in contracts and liquidity pools, cross-chain SCRT and tokens transferred via IBC need to be converted in advance to native or staked ones.
After the migration, SCRT will retain its governance token function, and the team has proposed reducing inflation from 9% to 5%; the decision will be put to a community vote
