Aging Detection Formula:

A person's true age ≈ Physical reserve capacity + Functional motor ability + Neural processing ability + Cognitive renewal ability + Psychological recovery capacity
1. Grip strength (muscle reserve capacity) → indicates bodily aging;
2. Squats (functional motor ability) → indicates mobility age;
3. Reaction speed (neural processing ability) → indicates brain youthfulness;
4. Learning ability (cognitive renewal ability) → indicates mental age;
5. Emotional recovery speed (psychological repair capacity) → indicates psychological age;
True aging is not about increasing age, but about a person's system ceasing to update. Age is just a time variable; it's the ability curve that determines a person's true state.
