The so-called socialization is not about making a person slick or ingratiating to others, but about equipping one with the ability to move freely in society. The process of maturing is to move from acting solely on one’s own feelings to gradually understanding the rules, relationships, and value exchanges between people. When young, do not rush to pursue so-called "high-quality social interaction"; instead, build a genuine understanding of the world by extensively engaging with different people and things. Many abilities are not gained through thinking but are honed through action. Do not overanalyze opportunities; instead, increase the probability of encountering them through continuous trial. In the workplace, effort is only the foundation; what matters more is making your value visible to others, understanding organizational goals, and becoming someone who can solve problems. Being truly yourself does not mean ignoring others, but after understanding the rules, still choosing your life direction according to your own goals and values. One cannot possess all good things at once. One must accept that life grows in stages, get to know oneself through concrete experiences, and ultimately become a person who both understands the rules of the world and stays true to oneself.
